Orange Pudding - mighty good!

This is an old family treat. Really rich and tasty.

Orange Pudding

1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 or 4 oranges
1 3/4 Cups slightly crumbled vanilla wafers
Juice of 1 large lemon

Pour milk into bowl.
Peel oranges, removing seeds and thickest membrane.
Cut oranges into pieces and add to milk.
Add vanilla wafers to mixture, mixing well.
Stir in lemon juice completely.
Mixture will thicken as you stir.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until completely chilled.

Makes 8-10 small (but very rich) servings.
